Rachaduras por retra\u00e7\u00e3o pl\u00e1stica (primeiras 24 horas)<\/strong><\/p><p>Quando o concreto fresco seca muito r\u00e1pido \u2014 geralmente por causa do vento, do calor ou da baixa umidade \u2014, a superf\u00edcie encolhe mais r\u00e1pido do que o concreto por baixo. O resultado? Uma rede de fissuras superficiais que surgem poucas horas ap\u00f3s o vazamento, antes mesmo de o concreto ter endurecido.<\/p><p>Essa \u00e9 a causa #1 das rachaduras precoces nas lajes de armaz\u00e9ns, e \u00e9 totalmente evit\u00e1vel com a fibra adequada.<\/p><p><strong>2. Rachaduras por retra\u00e7\u00e3o durante a secagem (semanas a meses)<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c0 medida que o concreto cura e perde umidade com o tempo, ele encolhe. Se a laje estiver confinada \u2014 por paredes, pilares ou pela sub-base \u2014, o encolhimento gera tens\u00e3o interna. Eventualmente, algo tem que ceder. O concreto racha.<\/p><p><strong>3.
